It focuses on mostly on plant-based foods, such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts.The following are steps you can take to lower your risk:

Avoid alcohol

Leave smoking

Control your weight

Maintain Physical exercise.

Try Healthy diet.

Breast is an important part of a woman. It is important parts of breast health care that Knowing how your breasts normally look and feel. Fortunately finding breast cancer at an early stage may give you a better chance of successful treatment. Mostly Screening tests can help find breast cancer in its early stages, even before any other symptoms appear.


There can be many symptoms for breast cancer but the most common symptom of breast cancer is a new lump or mass. The expert said that90% Breast lumps aren’t cancerous, but it’s always best to have them checked by your doctor. The lumps or mass can be tender, soft, or rounded but a painless, hard mass that has irregular edges is more likely to be cancer. Even they are painful. That why it is important to breast change checked by a health care provider experienced in diagnosing breast diseases.

You should see your GP if you notice any of the following:

  • Small or big lump in the breast
  • change the size of the breast
  • Change shape of the breast
  • dimpling of the skin
  • thickening the skin in the breast tissue
  • a nipple that inverted
  • rashes on the nipple
  • White discharge from the nipple
  • a lump in the armpit
  • pain or discomfort in the breast

Self-exam at home:

At home, you can check your breast in various ways. Firstly look at your breasts in front of a mirror then straight your shoulders and your arms on your hips. Next step, try to feel your breasts while lying down. Now use your right hand to feel your left breast and then your left hand to feel your right breast. Then circularly check the whole breast,

Here’s what you should Check in the home:

  • Your Breasts that are their usual size, shape, and color
  • Dimpling, puckering or bulging of the breast upper skin
  • changed position of your nipple or an inverted nipple
  • Redness, soreness, rash, or swelling
  • Fluid coming out of one or both nipples.

Now, raise your arms and look for the same changes. Try it at home after your regular period every time. Although any of these symptoms can be caused by things other than breast cancer. On the other hand, don’t depend on mammography because mammograms do not find every breast cancer, it is important for you to be aware of changes in your breasts and to know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer. If anything is wrong then don’t wait, as soon as possible go to your doctor for breast checkup.
